Pico de Gallo
So simple and so yummy! Can be used with all your favorite dishes oras a chip dip.
Ingredients
- 4 to 5 Roma tomatoes, seeds removed, finely diced
- 1/2 white onion, finely diced
- 2/3 cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeds removed, finely diced
- juice from 1 lime
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Instructions
- Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine. Refrigerate until ready to serve. The flavor is usually best after sitting in the fridge for about 15-30 minutes.
