
Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread
Caution: You’ll be baking this bread for the next several months! We start making it in the Fall and enjoy it all the way through Christmas! Our neighbors love getting it for Christmas each year! It’s so yummy!
Ingredients
- 5 eggs well beaten
- 3 cups sugar
- 2 1/2 cups canned pumpkin
- 2 cups corn oil
- 4 1/2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 4 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1 1/2 tsp ground cloves
- 1 tsp ginger
- 11.5 ounce bag of milk chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, cream the eggs and sugar together. Then, add the pumpkin and oil and mix until well blended.
- Slowly add the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Add the chocolate chips and pour into 4 greased 9×5 bread pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Enjoy!
