Ingredients
- 3 cups raspberries
- 1 pound peaches
- 4 1/2 cups sugar
- 3 tbsp lemon juice fresh squeezed
- 1 pouch liquid Certo fruit pectin
Instructions
- Place peaches and raspberries in a blender or food processor and pulse until blended, but still slightly chunky. Pour the fruit mixture into a large mixing bowl. Add the sugar and stir until well mixed and let sit for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- In a separate bowl, mix the lemon juice and pectin. After the 10 minutes, add the pectin and lemon juice mixture to the fruit and sugar bowl. Stir for about 3 minutes until mixed and the sugar is dissolved.
- Pour the mixture into separate containers that can be frozen. Leave about ½ inch of space at the top for expansion. Keep the jam in the fridge for up to 3 weeks or in the freezer for a year! Makes about 6 cups of jam.
