
Crispy Protein Balls
Looking for a quick craving fix? Try these protein balls! They have an added crispy crunch and will satisfy your sweet craving!
Ingredients
- 2 cups creamy peanut butter I like to use JIF Natural
- 4 servings your favorite protein powder I like vanilla or coconut
- 1 cup honey
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 cups old fashioned oats
- 2 cups Rice Crispy cereal
- 1/4 cup Mini M&M's or mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Combine the above ingredients in a medium size bowl and mix until combined. Using a spoon, or cookie dough scoop, scoop out a desired amount of the mixture and roll into a ball. Place the balls on a parchment lined cookie sheet or pan and place in the fridge for about an hour or so until the balls feel firm. They may also be frozen for a later treat!
