Crispy Protein Balls

Looking for a quick craving fix?  Try these protein balls!  They have an added crispy crunch and will satisfy your sweet craving!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups creamy peanut butter I like to use JIF Natural
  • 4 servings your favorite protein powder I like vanilla or coconut
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 cups old fashioned oats
  • 2 cups Rice Crispy cereal
  • 1/4 cup Mini M&M's or mini chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Combine the above ingredients in a medium size bowl and mix until combined.  Using a spoon, or cookie dough scoop, scoop out a desired amount of the mixture and roll into a ball.  Place the balls on a parchment lined cookie sheet or pan and place in the fridge for about an hour or so until the balls feel firm.  They may also be frozen for a later treat!
