Grandma’s Peach Cobbler
There’s nothing better than fresh peach cobbler! This is a favorite summer or fall dessert. We love to make it out camping. It can also be made with canned peaches but is definitely the best during peach season!
Ingredients
- 8 large peaches peeled and sliced
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp. cinnamon
Topping:
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup butter
Instructions
- Spread sliced peaches evenly in a greased 9×13 pan. Sprinkle the peaches with the 1/3 cup sugar tablespoon of cinnamon.
- To make the topping…in a separate bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt and mix. Then, add the eggs and mix until you have a crumbly mixture. Spread the mix over the top of the peaches and dot with butter.
- Bake on 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream!
