There’s nothing better than fresh peach cobbler! This is a favorite summer or fall dessert. We love to make it out camping. It can also be made with canned peaches but is definitely the best during peach season!
Spread sliced peaches evenly in a greased 9x13 pan. Sprinkle the peaches with the 1/3 cup sugar tablespoon of cinnamon.
To make the topping…in a separate bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt and mix. Then, add the eggs and mix until you have a crumbly mixture. Spread the mix over the top of the peaches and dot with butter.
Bake on 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream!
